

Do you have a relative with mental illness (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder AND a relative with diabetes, heart disease, or cancer? We are interested in hearing about your thoughts and experiences with these common diseases in your family. The purpose of this research study is to learn about people's perceptions of these different kinds of illnesses.
Your participation in this study may help health professionals better understand their patients' perspecitve, which may help to provide better care for patients and their families in the future.

* To participate in this study, you must have at least one relative with mental illness and one relative with another common disease. The affected relative(s) must be closely related to you (parent, brother, sister, or child).
