Parents of Children With A Mood Disorder Needed

Researchers at UBC are conducting an NIH/NIMH-funded study, "Attitudes about Brain Imaging and Genetic Testing," to understand how new uses of brain imaging technology will affect people with mental illness, their family members, and others.
This is not a clinical trial and does not actually involve a brain scan or a genetic test. We are looking for parents of children diagnosed with a mood disorder to participate in one 30-45 minute interview.
Interviews are audio-recorded, and all records are kept entirely confidential.
Compensation for participation is a $50 gift certificate + $10 to cover transportation costs. For more information, please contact Emily Borgelt at 604-822-0748 or eborgelt@interchange.ubc.ca.
