Moving Lives Forward Scholarship

The Moving Lives Forward Scholarship for Fall/Spring 2011-2012 provides financial assistance to a resident of British Columbia who is:

  • diagnosed with a severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar or schizo-affective disorder
  • currently receiving medical treatment, including medicatin and psychiatric care

Six scholarships of $750 and two scholarships of $1500 will be awarded by the Mood Disorders Association of BC (MBABC) in partnership with the BC Schizophrenia Society (BCSS) and Eli Lilly Canada.

$750   Elizabeth Parsons - Masters in Social Work (University of Victoria)

$750   Vicki Pley - Culinary Arts Diploma (North Island College_
